Terms and Conditions

1. General

Based on these Terms and Conditions, a contract is concluded between Diana Stabl, Lactation Consultant, Schillerstr. 136, 71336 Waiblingen and the client.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services advertised on the website http://www.Stillberatung-Waiblingen.de. Any differing terms and conditions of the client are expressly rejected.

All consultations are carried out to the best of my knowledge and belief. They constitute guidance and suggested courses of action only. Responsibility for all decisions and actions remains fully and entirely with the client at all times.

The location of the consultation is agreed upon at the time of booking. As a rule, consultations take place at the client’s private residence.

2. Personal Data

For the preparation, execution, and documentation of the consultation, as well as for administrative purposes, personal data of the client and the child are collected and stored.

This data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Appointments arranged via telephone, email, contact form, or WhatsApp are binding. By booking an appointment, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions.

If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged, with a minimum of €80.

This also applies in cases of short-notice illness.

I will make every reasonable effort to reassign cancelled appointments. If this is not possible, the fee will be charged.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

The prices published on this website apply.

In Germany, lactation consulting services are generally not covered by statutory health insurance. All costs incurred are to be borne by the client.

Travel costs are charged at €0.70 per kilometre. These are always calculated in favour of the client, based on the starting point Esslingen or Waiblingen.

For in-person consultations / home visits, payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Instalment payments are only possible by prior agreement.

Invoices will be sent by email and contain all necessary payment details. The full amount is due without deduction from the date of the invoice.

Support provided in the context of birth companionship (doula services) is charged as a flat fee.

A typical package includes up to 3 appointments before and 3 appointments after the birth, totalling a maximum of 10 hours.

For distances exceeding 15 km, a travel flat rate will be charged.

50% of the total fee is payable upon conclusion of the contract, and the remaining 50% after completion of the support.

5. Jurisdiction & Severability Clause

Place of jurisdiction is Waiblingen.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

In place of the invalid provision, a valid provision shall apply that most closely reflects the intended purpose of the original clause. The same applies in the event of any gaps in these Terms and Conditions.
