COACHING - SPECIES-APPROPRIATE DIAPER-FREE
  • What exactly does "diaper-free" mean, and is it even sensible?

  • What does science say?

  • How can you tell when the baby wants to relieve itself?

  • How do I begin?

  • What are the different positions for preventing this?

  • Is it even possible to do so without getting yourself and the apartment furnishings dirty?

  • How do I proceed?

  • What does diaper-free nighttime work like?

  • What is it like when you're on the go?

  • What to do if the baby refuses to eat?

  • What makes diaper-free everyday life easier?

  • What clothing is appropriate?

There is no such thing as diaper-free or non-diaper-free.

You can also practice part-time elimination communication or only hold the baby in standard situations, e.g. after sleeping, etc.

Workshop: Relaxed diaper changing from the very beginning, just the way I want it!

Every time I open my baby's diaper, it pees.
The trash can is overflowing again with used diapers.
My baby keeps crying and crying and I don't know what's wrong.
My baby constantly has such a red bottom.
What can I do to better understand my baby?

It's possible for babies to relieve themselves outside of their diapers. Yes, babies communicate their needs from birth. They signal to us when they are tired, hungry, need closeness, and when they need to go.
70% of all babies in the world grow up diaper-free from birth and are held over the toilet by their caregivers.

NO DIAPERS?

No! Elimination Communication (EC) isn't about getting rid of diapers altogether, but rather about opening the diaper when you notice your baby needs to go and holding the baby over a suitable container. This reduces the number of diapers used, protects the environment, makes the baby more content, and gives them healthier skin.

AND HOW IS THAT SUPPOSED TO WORK?
In this workshop, parents learn how to recognize their baby's signals from birth and throughout the first year of life, and how to mindfully help their baby to relieve itself outside of the diaper.

In addition, there are many useful tips for everyday life, including with siblings, on the go and at night, as well as suitable clothing, diaper systems and what can be done during strikes.

Whether disposable diapers, cloth diapers, or minimal diapers, every diaper saved is a good diaper, not only for the environment, but above all for the baby and its parents.
